01 / THE IDEA

What it does

ChaiCart turns cloud computing into something you can run, break and understand. In this two-day workshop, engineering students become founders of a fictional ten-minute chai delivery startup.

The first day is about building in the cloud. The second introduces outages, cost surprises and an observability murder mystery. Slides, printable activities and a companion demo make the technical ideas tangible.
