When I have encountered Medium, I was nothing but a normal person and just wanted to read a few important articles related to my coding experiences to resolve my doubts on How-tos. But, now things have changed ever since I decided to reinvent myself. I was working in an IT job and I love the job as well. The same job still I am working. Life was nothing less than a boring journey with continuous knockdowns and persisting emotional moments which I felt I don’t deserve to be like this in life and this is not the life I’ve always wanted for me.

I started reading and made small changes in my life. Those changes completely took me to the next level I am in now. I learned to balance my emotions, control anger and the main thing is I learned to let go of people who don’t respect me.

Precisely I read almost 300 articles this year and also started a challenge #100DaysOfRead in media to make myself consistent in reading. I preferred Medium to read articles and by reading, started to write as well. Till now this process managed me to write 35 articles.

At the time of reading, I started reading articles written by Bryan Ye and his transformation in life. This inspired me to be on track and as he suggested, I started to write 1000 words per day with a timer. I didn’t concentrate on my grammar or any other things. I simply started to write write and write. He is one of my favorite writers.

As we all approached a year-end and already preparing 2020 resolutions, I want to make a list of the top 15 articles that I have read this year. The most inspirational writer for me is Tim Denning. His article about reinventing ourselves, literally helped me to work my way through to earn the consistency to read and write.

Courtesy of Nick Wignall, I followed his steps to read any article or book to understand its right purpose.

Mark Dods, mathematical articles made me wonder about the beauty of mathematics and the base understanding of it. I fell in love with maths again since my 11th class.

I inspired by the writing method of Ayodeji Awosika and Thomas Oppong. I started to adopt their way of writing in my articles after reading their way of writing. They do research before writing articles and they quote those findings around the world and give those articles a unique taste to understand what they are trying to express.

I liked the style of Darius Foroux in writing. While reading his articles, it makes me be involved in them. Every line generates the curiosity of what the next line consists of.

Ethan Siegel’s articles are one for the year kind. His articles are so interesting about Astrophysics/Cosmos that made me love each one of them. As I am also a physics guy and his works are astounding and inspiring. It made me reopen my physics book again and think about the universe from a whole new perspective.

Indrek Lasn — Programming is always simple when we learn to code consistently and master the art of coding. Happiness is always there when we code with best practices. He is my technical Upstander.

The energy of Scott H. Young inspired me as well. His writings helped me to adapt and develop habits that were unthinkable for me before working on reinventing myself.

Brianna Wiest changed my perceptions about life and how to live in it. Her consistent way of expressing about life and living in it helps anyone who reads her articles.

Finally, I found the Asmita Karanje articles late in December. I have read articles of her and straightness in delivering the trueness of the content is good.

Below are my top 15 pics for the year 2019, I hope it will assist you to make small changes in life.

Conclusion:

We all have inspired people in our lives and those inspirations are constant. Meanwhile, in our journey we meet some amazing people who are not carving for publishing themselves, instead, they try to improve the lives of others. There are 100s of exceptional people around the globe. I prefer to get inspired by those who make a difference in one’s life.

The people above I mentioned are the ones who are inspirational to me this year. I hope they will continue many more like me in the coming year. It’s my privilege to be among readers to read their articles.
